WORLD GOVERNMENT

[ SAINT-LAURENT: ]

We do not expect that the
United Nations

will immediately resolve all the very
complex and very delicate problems

that face the whole world. But we can
try to make of the organisation

an effective means that will engender
essential international cooperation.

We can attempt to lay the basis
of the world government

to which we must subscribe if
we are effectively to rid the world

of the blight of more and
ever more horrible wars.

To better understand our friend, Mr. Saint-Laurent, it would be useful to know an important fact about his past. I will let his biographer, J.W. Pickersgill, speak for a few seconds, at page 9 of his compact work suitably entitled, “Louis Saint-Laurent”.

TRANSLATION:

“[Marius] Barbeau and Saint-Laurent got to know each other at Laval University and had become great friends. At the end of his studies, Saint-Laurent was offered a Rhodes scholarship to study at Oxford in England. Guessing that the time had come to earn his living, Saint-Laurent declined the offer and suggested to Barbeau that he stand as a candidate in his place. Barbel won the scholarship and left for Oxford to continue the studies which made him Canada’s most famous anthropologist.”1

Rhodes Scholars are very specifically chosen and trained to assume a leading role in the international drive for world government. They are an elite fifth column in the service of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), which is to say the international bankers behind the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution, the 1917 Balfour Declaration promising Palestine to the Jews, the United States Federal Reserve (which is a corrupt private institution currently on the way to bankrupting America) and the founding of the United Nations.

Saint-Laurent, who had been deemed worthy of the Rhodes Scholarship, was hand-picked by Mackenzie-King in the throes of the second major Banker-financed World War. King, a protégé of the pro-Soviet Rockefellers, had always been surrounded by figures from the Canadian branch of the Royal Institute of International Affairs and by members of the left and the far left, and Soviet agents with whom the RIIA likes to network, such as Oscar D. Skelton, a recruit of Louis Kon of the Soviet Comintern.

We must not be surprised, therefore, that Louis Saint-Laurent addressed the United Nations in 1946, fully expecting that the United Nations would be “the basis of the world government“.

Why This Audio File?

This audio file proves that by the end of World War II, world government was an objective of Western nations, some of which had long comprised the British Empire. It was an objective of persons operating the government of Canada. It was therefore an unlawful objective, because Canada’s lawful Constitution, the British North America Act of 1867, and world government, are mutually incompatible.

Canada’s form of government, established in 1867, is the British Parliamentary system as it stood in 1867. This means that Canada’s legislative institutions are supreme, like those of United Kingdom in 1867, which are the model for Canada’s institutions. We know this because our constitutional Preamble of 1867 says so:

WHEREAS the Provinces of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick have expressed their Desire to be federally united into One Dominion under the Crown of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, with a Constitution similar in Principle to that of the United Kingdom

The basic “Principle” of the Constitution of the United Kingdom is Parliamentary Sovereignty or Supremacy. It therefore becomes the basic Principle of the Constitution of Canada in 1867. In other words, on account of Parliamentary Sovereignty, which requires that there always be a successor Parliament, our political system is a perpetual motion machine. It cannot be stopped; there is no provision in the lawful Constitution to stop it.

In addition, the Long Title of our Constitution is very important. It constitutionally limits both federal and provincial activity, and reads as follows:

An Act for the Union of Canada, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick, and the Government thereof; and for Purposes connected therewith.

In other words, anyone elected or appointed to government in Canada can do nothing for world government; nothing for continental union; they can only act lawfully when pursuing the “purposes” of this Union, the Canadian union of 1867, the lawful Confederation.

They cannot, for example, “renew” the constitution by re-federating the Provinces on the lines of the European Union. Which in fact is what they have been trying to do for decades, using Quebec “independence” as the pretext.

The European Union system is a Soviet-style politburo with no connection, no similarity, to the lawful Confederation of 1867. However, our western politicians have been “dutifully” attempting to reconfigure Canada by force, using Quebec “sovereignty” as the pretext. In other words, Quebec was targeted as the middleman, the excuse for reshaping Canada, because those who are doing it, know it’s unlawful. They thus pretend that they are responding to an extreme situation outside the books in pretending to accept an from Quebec for a “new” system modeled on that in Europe, to “keep Canada united”.

The European system is being spread everywhere under the control of the international banks behind the Royal Institute of International Affairs, which has invaded all our institutions with an army of elite, highly trained traitors and subverters called Rhodes Scholars. Their job is to play the game until world government is achieved.

And again, remember, these Bankers set up the Soviet Union in 1917. It can be no surprise that they are trying to spread that system everywhere, under other deceptive labels, two of which are “Sovereignty Association” (Quebec referendum, 1980) and “Sovereignty Partnership” (Quebec referendum 1995).

Any other objects pursued by those we elect, contrary to the Constitution of 1867, are unlawful, and are high treason. One legal effect of pursuing objects contrary to the lawful Constitution is the legal invalidity or voidness or nullity of anything done while usurping office in Canada. Votes of usurpers attempting to pass “laws” for Canada are void and can be swept from the statute books. Steps taken by usurpers to annex or dismantle Canada are void and can be declared so. Damages caused to Canada in the course of these illegal acts of usurpation can be taken out of the pockets of those who hijacked the Constitution for any other purposes.

The Supremacy of Canada’s
True Parliament of 1867

There is no person, and no other body or entity, capable of overruling the Parliament of Canada. The BNA Act of 1867 establishes Canada’s Parliament in particular as the “one” parliament for Canada. No other entity can make law or determine policy for the Canadian polity. Including the judiciary.

Canada’s Parliament is moreover permanent. It operates on the principle of “parliamentary sovereignty”, which means that no particularly constituted Parliament may “bind” any future Parliament. The people remain free therefore to change their government, and therefore to change their policy and their laws, at any time. The logical result is that there must always be a successor Parliament of the same kind. Canada’s form of government cannot be changed. It is a permanent, infinite cycle of supreme Parliaments. It is thus of the essence of British-style Parliamentary sovereignty that there must always be a successor parliament.

World government, however, requires the overthrow of the lawful Parliament and Legislatures of Canada. World government presumes to be superior to the supreme Parliament and Legislatures of Canada. And even to the Supreme Parliament at United Kingdom, the “Mother of Parliaments,” which enacted the lawful Constitution of Canada in 1867.

Lenin’s problem, therefore, with the British system, was in my view, how to get rid of the lawful Parliaments, which are supreme, permanent, and stand in the way of any other system or form of government, including regional union and world government, both objectives of Mr. Lenin.

Australian patriot, Eric D. Butler, in his In xxxx, xxxxx, says that:

“In his strategical appreciation of the world situation, Lenin said that the British Empire was the major barrier to the Communist program.” Butler assumed that the core of that barrier was the British middle and upper class, which did come under ideological assault by the Fabian socialists. However, the real core of the “British” problem for Communists is not the middle and upper class, but the form of government itself, the British Parliament and her daughter Parliaments in Canada and throughout the Empire.

Therefore, when you see and hear Canadian officials publicly announcing the goal, or the advent, or the expectation of “world government,” notwithstanding the pretext, you are seeing and hearing treason. High treason.

The oath of allegiance of elected members and appointed officers of Canada and the Provinces is required to be an oath of “true allegiance,” without which they are, legally speaking, not in office. If they assume an office to which they are not legally entitled by virtue of their void oaths, they are usurpers. Their acts done during their usurpation of office are void; reparations for the damage caused to Canada would have to come out of their own pockets. World government is obviously not an objective of the Canadian electorate when they send governments to Parliament. In other words, they have elected cheaters who are stealing their votes to accomplish the unconstitutional destruction of the country and of the parliamentary system that belongs to Canadians.
